Boyet + Xandra

I am a fan of DIY weddings (I was a DIY bride myself) but this couple really took it to heart! Every detail of their wedding had a personal touch, from the intricate invitations down to the wedding favors / giveaways that they handed out to their guests. It was really nice that the ceremony was held early in the afternoon, so that the guests had a lot of time to enjoy the beach and the sunset before the reception started. Check out the lovely details of Boyet and Xandra's wedding:

Reception: Sabangan Beach Resort, Laiya

Lovely Jenny Packham Weddings Dresses

I must say that these wedding dresses by British fashion designer Jenny Packham are simply stunning, classy and dainty. I would've worn one of these if I could afford it! Totally a fan of soft, lacy and flowy fabric, this is something I would wear if I get married again--to the same man, of course!

Swooning over the low v-neck line and the belt on this dress:

The sabrina neck and a-line skirt goes perfect together in this wedding dress:

The sweetheart neckline and the combination of lace and sheer fabric makes this one just perfect:

How String Lights Can Be Your Pretty Wedding Decor

Who would've thought that the string lights we use for Christmas decor can give your wedding a magical feel?

With a little inspiration and a lot of creativity, these can transform your venue into a dreamy place that is picture-perfect, specially for your big day.

Just when you think that it's time to throw or put away your string lights, here are a few ways that you can use those for your upcoming wedding. Read on:
1. Use them as ceiling drapes on your barn wedding. It can practically transform any room into a lovely venue for your wedding vows.

2. You can also drape it this way--get creative!

3. Or hang it on posts / pillars then wrap it with tulle. Dreamy? Yes?

4. You can also drape them over the aisle. Don't forget the sheer fabric!

5. Finally, use string lights for your photo wall backdrop. Your camera (and you) will like it.
